The name KAMPA has its origin in the Amazon region. It refers to the Indians that live in the west part of the florest and that are also known as Ashaninka. Ashaninka tribe´s main characteristic is the intense reciprocity between the families, once that all the food is distributed by the hunter´s wife among the group.

KAMPA was born from the will to make a dream come true. This dream was to transform work into fun or simply to work on something that gives pleasure. That is why we exist: we want to provide wellness and quality of life to our clients, co-workers and colaborators through equipments that are practical, functional and specially developed for outdoor activities.

Kampa is no big company. We are small like a family, where everybody is a real person and has a name. Our clients don´t depend on us, we depend on them. They don´t interrupt our work, but they are the reason why we do it. It is no favour to serve them, but they give us the chance to help. Without keeping that in mind, even the best equipment has no value. We believe that treating our costumers the way we would like to be treated is the best way to advertise.
